Payment Policy
YOU Must Agree To The Policy Before You Will Be Allowed To Register For Any Of The Courses That We Offer.
PAYMENT PLANS
Electronic Payment
When
registering for a training or testing session on-line, please select
electronic
payment with a valid e-mail address and an electronic invoice though
Pay Pal will be sent to you. You can then choose to use a Pay Pal
account, a credit card or electronic checking.
Personal or Team Check
To
use a personal or team check, please print out the REGISTRATION form,
complete the form, indicate that the correct payment amount is attached
and that the check is attached to the registration form. Please
mail that form and your check to the Team address on the registration
form. A
confirmation e-mail or postal letter will be sent to you.
Third Party Billing.
Students may arrange for special
billing and
payment arrangements with a third party, such as a government agency,
rescue squad, team, fire department, etc.. Participation requires
advance approval
from the Nicolet Search Team, Inc. Treasurer. Under the plan, the
Nicolet Search Team, Inc. will bill the third party directly for
session fees and other applicable charges using the AUTHORIZATION
TO BILL / ORGANIZATIONAL REGISTRATION
FORM.
Please send the AUTHORIZATION TO BILL / ORGANIZATIONAL REGISTRATION FORM to the Nicolet Search Team, Inc. Treasurer no later than one week prior to the beginning of class.
All students agree to be responsible for payment in full if the third party payer fails to provide payment as agreed for ANY reason.
